Dome Village offers shelter and rules for the homeless in Los Angeles
In a Los Angeles micro community, Chester Ward finds stability at Dome Village, a 21-dome settlement funded by Arco Corp donations and federal grants. Ted Hayes oversees rules including a two week probation, 11 p.m. curfew, and monthly rent for residents who work. The Christmas party draws up to 400 neighbors with Santa, gifts, and a sense of neighborhood belonging.
