Scholars May Rate Teachers For Salaries
London reports an official proposal to base university salaries in part on student performance ratings. Critics from the Association of University Teachers call it unjust while the National Union of Students backs the idea as a step forward. The plan would poll students to help determine bonuses up to 960 dollars and is part of a broader salary rise of 8.4 million to end of 1969.
