Titan 2s leave home of 20 years in Arizona

Titan Site 16 near Tubac is deactivated as the Air Force retires its last liquid fueled Titan 2 missiles. The 103 foot missile was removed after warhead and propellant removal, with the site remaining manned for two more weeks. Capt. Harvey Longshore led the launch control crew during the briefing.

Permit Granted for Clam-Digging Dog in Brookhaven

Loner the German shepherd, once denied a $75 shellfishing permit, will be legally licensed to dig clams in Brookhaven town waters after White House urging.
