Odessa Police Reports Drug, Assault and Robbery Incidents
Police stopped a Dodge carrying Maria Victoria Ibarra and Eduardo Rodriguez near Eighth Street and Grant Avenue. Ibarra faced manufacturing or delivery of meth and other charges. Rodriguez faced two misdemeanor drug counts. Bond totals were 5101,000 for Ibarra and 516,500 for Rodriguez. In a separate case, Bobby Foreman allegedly punched and choked a 14 year old relative at Farr’s buffet, with a third degree felony injury to a child charge and 815,000 bond. Adrian Jordan Carrasco admitted stealing alcohol at H E B on University Boulevard. he was held on a 850,000 bond for aggravated robbery.
