Mississippi Judge Rules Against 20 Story Lighted Cross
A federal judge ruled the 20 story lighted cross on the Walter Sillers building unconstitutional ending the nine year Christmas display. The ruling said the cross endorses Christianity and lacked a secular purpose while other decorations were allowed to stay. The state plans to appeal though a trial before holidays seems unlikely.
