TxDOT hosts open house on FM 1788 re structure options
Odessa TxDOT officials presented four restructuring plans for FM 1788 between West County Road 140 and South Loop 40 at UT Permian Basin Center for Energy and Economic Diversification. The meeting drew 20 plus attendees as planners urged public comment, with costs estimated from 1 million to 3.5 million and plans ranging from traffic lights only to medians and turnarounds under Business 20.
