Odessa Man Sentenced for Kicking Police Officer
A 22 year old Odessa man Gilbert Espinoza III pleaded guilty and was sentenced to nine years in state prison for kicking Odessa police officer Matthew Lawdermilk in the head during a Dec 19 2009 family violence call. His sentence runs concurrently with a six year Midland County term with 360 days time served.
