Kenneth W. Farmer, 35, of 2312 West Third, is named in an Ector County Court charge of fraud by using a canceled credit card. He allegedly made several purchases totaling 28.89 at the Fina Service Station on Andrews Highway while the card was canceled. he was not in custody.
