Nine person meth ring sentenced in Midland federal case
Francisco Rosales led a Midland Odessa meth ring moving at least 15 kilograms from California to Texas from 2009 to 2010 with daily distribution. The group, aided by four informants, faced sentences amounts ranging from 63 to 288 months. Donna Leann Isaac and others were sentenced for conspiracy and related charges in U.S. District Court.
