Man shot at High Plains Apartments in Odessa
An 18-year-old was wounded Sunday in south Odessa and another man was shot Monday at 3727 Andrews Highway in the High Plains Apartments. Michael Edward Webster, shot in his car, told police he would not press charges and provided little information. The complex is linked to the death of 25-year-old Ray Sauceda Jr. found in his car October 15.
