Four-year-old girl shot and killed in Midland home

Odessa Development Corp weighs call center project

The Odessa Development Corp spent about 45 minutes in executive session Thursday afternoon to discuss negotiating with a telecommunications company for a potential Odessa call center. After the closed session the board took no action. Chairman Joe Molina said the discussion focused on comfort level for opening negotiations with Project Telecom. The company’s name was not released.
