Ansorge leaves Capital Grille to lead Salvation Army soup kitchen
Sal vadation Army captain John Joyner says Ansorge, a 40 year old former Capital Grille chef, quit a high paying job after a spiritual awakening in October 2012 to serve meals at the St. Paul center. He cooks, shops for bargains, and uses a nonprofit framework to feed clients like Donnie Richardson, while reducing desserts and fats to improve nutrition.
