Shooting at Marfa tomato farm leaves three dead and wounded
In Marfa, at Village Farms, a 58 year old man shot a 36 year old woman in the parking lot then fatally shot a 60 year old man inside a greenhouse before killing himself. The woman, Marina Serrano, was rushed to Big Bend Regional Hospital in critical condition. Names of the two men who died were not released.

Ex-deputy DA faces charges in cattle rustling scheme
Clyde Miller Wallace Jr., once deputy district attorney in Ector County, is charged in a three state cattle rustling case. He was arrested November 20 in Ector County on a Louisiana theft warrant as a fugitive from justice and also faced a misdemeanor theft warrant from Ector County. He was released from the county jail later that day.
