Misconduct charges filed against city officials in Texas
City Manager John Harrison and Fiscal Services Director Frank Muser were arrested on Class A official misconduct charges and released on 3000 dollar personal recognizance bonds. Warrant officers escorted them to jail between 10 and 11 a.m. after complaints by Municipal Court administrator John Minor alleged they moved the Warrant Division from Minor to the Police Department without council approval.
