TXU Energy to peg rates to customers credit scores
TXU Energy plans to base some rates on customers credit scores, charging more for those with past due bills in telephone, power, or cable. The plan, affecting 183,000 customers outside North Texas, begins Sept. 27 and aims to remain competitive in Texas markets.
