Dick Saulsbury built Saulsbury Industries and family culture
Dick Saulsbury, a lifelong oilfield worker turned founder of Saulsbury Electric and later Saulsbury Industries, built a 2400 employee organization with a family culture. The firm serves gas processing and petrochemicals across multiple states, plans to hire 800 to 1000 more, and features his children in key roles. Saulsbury, a conservative Christian, emphasizes commitment, safety, and ethical profit while recounting his career from Smackover High through Dixie Electric and beyond.
