Midland man charged with cocaine possession after traffic stop
A 25 year old Midland man, Antron Dewayne Hemphill, was detained on a 1500 block East 38th Street stop at 12 57 a m and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He remains in the Ector County Detention Center on a 7500 bond. Another suspect was held on cocaine possession with a 15000 bond and no bond for a probation motion. A report notes a man fled after ordering food worth 28 93 at 4 a m on JBS Parkway.
