Odessa approves water rate hike with tiered system
The city adopts a tiered water billing plan effective Sept 1 raising base charges and per thousand gallon rates. High use gets larger percentage increases, senior and disability discounts reduce by 2.86, and a $4 million CRMWD pipeline payment shapes the plan. The council also authorizes training reimbursements and budget items while approving change orders under 50,000 and other routine actions.
