Odessan arraigned on vehicular homicide in Pa
Johnnie Reginal Holder 37 of Odessa faced arraignment in Wysox District Court Pennsylvania on homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter in the death of 20 year old Andrea Turner of Wyalusing.
