Nurse linked to mysterious hospital deaths in Baltimore
Four patients from an intensive care unit died under mysterious circumstances at Maryland General Hospital. Mary Rose Kaisler Kaisler Robaczynski, a nurse trained in 1975, was indicted for the killings. The nurse allegedly unhooked life support and monitored refusals as families implored doctors. Victims included Catherine Louvenia Reed and others from the same unit. The hospital and state officials investigated after nursing staff complained of suspicious deaths between December and March.
