Texas consumers seek relief in Cash Biz case and payday lender reforms

Records show 191 complaints in Bexar County and a state fine of 10000 dollars with restitution to 51 customers. The 4th Court opinion voided class action rights via arbitration clauses. a dissent supported by Justice Martinez.
