A 17-year-old Odessa man said a gun was fired toward him between 2 30 and 3 p m Monday in the 1300 block of East Sixth Street. A 23-year-old Odessa man remained in Ector County Jail Monday on probation violation possession of cocaine Arturo Avenivas 2721 Henderson Ave held without bond.
A 56-year-old Odessa man, Hector Dominguez of 315 Ruth St, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance cocaine and is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond awaiting further proceedings.
A 36 year old Odessa man Wade LaQuinn Littlejohn was released from Ector County Jail Tuesday after posting bond on a driving while intoxicated charge. Bond was set at 5000 dollars for Littlejohn of 4907 McKnight Drive.
An 18-year-old man named Carlos Bautista of Midland was released from Ector County Jail after posting a $25,000 bond on a charge of engaging in organized crime. The Tuesday release followed the posting of the bond by Bautista, who awaits further court actions.
The McCanns seek damages for loss of consortium plus attorney fees and punitive damages after an explosion at Water Wonderland. Separate suit accuses KMID-TV Channel 2 and reporter Kevin Quinn of libel for calling the park “one of the worst” in Texas.
