Fired Disney executive gets nine months home detention
Patrick J. Naughton, a former Disney Go Network executive, was sentenced by US District Court Senior Judge Edward Rafeedie to nine months home detention with electronic monitoring, a $20,000 fine, and five years probation for crossing state lines to meet a minor via email. The 35 year old, previously Seattle based and now in West Hollywood, pleaded guilty to one count and faces possible longer terms on dismissed charges. he helped authorities by developing programs to track Internet sex offenders and was fired after charges last year.
