A 32 year old Odessa man Shane D Harrold was arrested on harassment of a public servant after police pulled up to a disturbance call. He allegedly spat blood into the face of Officer Coty Watts during a struggle. Harrold faced additional charges of resisting transport and public intoxication. Watts was treated for exposure to blood.
