Tithing and alms in a Stanton pastor's teaching
Stanton pastor Linney argues tithing and alms are for believers' benefit, not divine need. He cites Malachi and Luke to emphasize giving, warns against withholding tithes, and notes church finances depend on gifts rather than salaries. He frames giving as a heavenly economy and urges generosity for eternal reward.
