Restroom rights clash on Route 50 in Maryland incident
Ed Roos of Arlington says he faced repeated refusals for washroom use while traveling from Ocean City to Arlington. After four denials at gas stations along Route 50 he used a neighbor's yard to relieve himself, was confronted by teen witnesses, arrested for indecent exposure, and jailed until a one year disposition with a clean record if no trouble. Horner family operates the nearby station and defends restroom policy as standard on a busy route.
