Accountability director aims to improve ECISD
Annette Macias, Odessa native, leads ECISD as Director of Accountability and Student Improvement after turning Goliad Elementary around from improvement required and reconstitution. She aims to translate gains district wide, boosting attendance, leveraging data from STAAR assessments, and building relationships among staff, students, and families to move ECISD forward.
