Judge issues order against alleged gang members in Austin
A Texas judge issued a temporary injunction barring five men described as an Austin gang from gathering or engaging in activities in a seven block area north of the airport. The order prohibits loitering near pay phones, using phones and pagers to facilitate crime, and using threatening language. A later trial will decide if the injunction becomes permanent while appeals are possible.
