Charges Pending Against Odessa Driver in Fatal Wreck
DPS trooper said alcohol tests pending after a head on collision on North Andrews Highway killed Rosario Ibarra, 31, and left two children in critical condition. Barry Mathews, 35, of Odessa drove the Cavalier northbound. Jose Ibarra, 25, in the southbound Spirit. Mathews and Jose Ibarra listed in stable or critical condition. The crash remained under investigation with blood tests pending.
