Parents of Columbine victim sue sheriff over warnings

Trauma systems reduce crash deaths after 10 years study says

In a Journal of the American Medical Association report, researchers analyzed 22 states from 1979 to 1995 and found car crash deaths declined 8 percent after 15 years in states with trauma center systems. Benefits appeared after a decade as protocols mature and transfer policies improve.
