American held hostage tied to drug ring leader arrest
Craig Richard Clymore 24 of Laguna Hills California, arrested by DEA aboard a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt. Indicted with eight others for smuggling over 12 million dollars in heroin and hashish oil from Afghanistan and Pakistan between 1979 and 1981. He was among 102 passengers held hostage for 13 days by terrorists opposing the Pakistani regime and freed March 14 in Syria.

AT&T rate rise could boost long distance prices 16 percent
