Allotment Applications Open for Bad River Reservation

Department of the Interior Indian Service invites eligible Bad River and LaPointe Indians to apply for allotments under the 1914 act. Applications accepted at Ashland Superintendent's office or Odanah Indian Farmer's office through November 25, 1915. Eligible individuals may select tracts. guardians act for minors or orphans. equitable rights recognized. conflicts resolved to favor the most entitled applicant. each approved Indian on the roll entitled to 80 acres.
