Death of Ludwig Decker in Austin

Ludwig Decker aged 93, a longtime Austin resident, died after jumping from a second story window. Born in Neuweid on the Rhine in 1806, he came to America in 1852, lived in Buffalo before moving to Austin five years ago. The funeral was at Park Ave and Superior St, conducted by W. H. Hormel, with interment at Forest Home cemetery.
