The new schedule adds late evening hours 8 80 pm and Saturday 10 30 pm with Sunday morn 8 am to noon to give merchants time with families. Stores hope all lines will adopt seasonable hours and the public will cooperate with merchants in this effort.
Boy Receives Electric Shock In Narrow Escape
A boy touching an electric light wire while grounding alternating current was shocked and grabbed the live wire. Neighbors cut the wire with an ax, freeing him. He was unconscious with blistered hands and feet but recovering soon from the frightful incident.

Cicero Town Board Debates Budget and Water Delinquencies
At the Cicero town board meeting last Thursday the clash between Clerk Thetram and Trustee Utley over transferring old balances sparked heated discussion but the resolution passed.
