By one By one per COPYRIGHT LAW IN FORCE 1916 sec. 28 that any person who wilfully and for profit shall infringe any copyright secured by the Act or who shall knowingly and wilfully aid or abet such infringement shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by imprisonment up to one year or a fine between one hundred and one thousand dollars or both in the court’s discretion.
