Italian Church Mission Formed in Milton Ave Home
A Methodist Italian mission was organized last Sunday afternoon at Louis Luella's Milton avenue home. Rev. Philip Mantie, formerly with the Methodist Italian Mission in Newark, spoke. A donor offered a lot if others would raise funds to build a church. Early Morning Burglars Target Prospect Street Homes
Thieves broke into the residences of Mr. A. B. Bishop on Prospect street in the early hours of Sunday. An overcoat and other clothing were stolen while silverware and items bundled for carrying were left behind. The burglars were apparently scared off by awakened family members.
