Nervy thief still at large after Belleville theft
A $30 theft targeting John Graham of Franklin avenue prompted alerts from Nutley Belleville and Newark police. The assailant, known to locals, fled after stealing three ten dollar bills from Graham in a Nutley apartment after a daytime visit to Ferraro’s saloon. Graham, a former New York police officer, did not shoot to avoid danger to nearby children.

Funeral held for Mrs. Margaret E. Kingsland widow of Joseph Kingsland
