Death of long-time A M Dexter after fifty six years at ex press company
Abner Dexter of this town died Tuesday after falling ill at a church service. He lived with his son Lawrie Dexter in Allendale for three years and worked fifty six years for the United States express company. Funeral services were held Thursday morning and burial took place at New York Bay Cemetery. Surviving are his son and a daughter Mrs A Corwin Rutan of this town. He was the oldest man in the express service at retirement.
