Dog fight leaves woman badly bitten in Maple Place
Annie L Van Winkle of Franklin Avenue sustained severe lacerations to her hand and arm while attempting to separate two fighting dogs owned by J Hoyt Ludlow of Maple Place. The dogs a shepherd and an Irish setter were involved. Doctor Roy Langdon treated the injuries and Van Winkle will monitor for symptoms, consulting Pasteur Institute if needed.

Easter Auto Trip to Atlantic City Ends Smoothly
Mr and Mrs William A Lamberg and daughter and Miss Bellinger spent Easter at Atlantic City. They left Nutley by automobile at 845 a m Saturday and arrived at five o’clock, stopping at Lakewood for dinner. They returned Monday after covering 310 miles with roads in fine condition for the season.
