Chester J Kinsley of Nutley dies after a life of public service. He led the Board of Library Trustees and the Bangalion board, helped found the Board of Trade, and belonged to the Kempton Council and Royal Arcanum. Born in Blackstone Mass in 1864, he taught handwriting in Poughkeepsie and Nebraska before moving into business and arts leadership. His funeral included readings of Whittier Eternal Goodness and Prospice by Browning. Burial followed in Elizabeth.
