Council Approves Part II Dairy Supervision Start
Mon day’s council meeting unanimously approved starting Part II of the Dairy Supervision Act in the shire from January 1 next, despite material shortages delaying building code enforcement. Dairy officials, including H A Henry, outlined limited financing and inspection plans, noting few districts avoid the act and that most farmers could plan ahead with a six month notice. The Nathalia Dairymen’s Association was informed of the decision.
