About 60 Kedvale Park neighbors heard Sgt. Jankowski pledge extra patrols in the park area to curb disorder and teen drinking after three arson attempts on a garage at 1401 N. Keeler. Neighbors described nightly littering noise and car racing, and officials discussed foot patrols and citizen tips. An additional meeting will be scheduled with Ald. McMahon and park officials.
