Administrator Samuel Buckley deceased announces sale of land in Madison County at the courthouse outer door in Viroqua on Saturday January 18 1962. Property: the north half of the northwest quarter and southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 1, Town 12 North Range 6 West. Terms: one third cash, one third in one year, balance in two years with 10 percent interest. John Crawford Administrator, attorney RC Bierckh. Dated December 15 1961.
