North Judson plans a winter lecture and entertainment course featuring the Columbia Tennessean Jubilee Singers, Father W Arthur MacLeod, and Frank McClure Chaffee with a home talent show. Season tickets priced at $1.00 and children’s tickets at 75 cents.
William Wothke, an early Pulaski county pioneer born March 19 1834 in Gotzkow Germany, died at his Denham farm aged 71 years 5 months 29 days. He emigrated 1881 to America and lived near Denham then North Judson. he leaves a widow three sons two daughters and many relatives. Funeral conducted by Rev H Paul at the Lutheran cemetery Denham with Chas Moderhack and wife in attendance.
