Died in Chicago Christ Kasch
Christ Kasch a former resident died in Chicago from neuralgia of the stomach after a day and a half of illness. Fred Kasch arranged shipment of the body to Medaryville for burial. Christ was born in Germany in May 1855 and came to the U S as a child. He died August 30 1905 and was buried the following Saturday at home with Reverend Howard officiating. The estate included about 120 in life insurance.
