Service Flag Dedication Draws Full Parish Support
A large crowd attended the Catholic church service flag dedication last Sunday. A procession formed at the school with children carrying flags and parents, clerics, and scouts marching to Burch's hall for exercises. The big service flag bore 41 stars representing parish boys in the war. Father Van Rie delivered a patriotic sermon urging unity, loyalty, and opposition to disinformation and bigotry, praising German American citizens while calling for real Americanism and harmony.

Lutheran School Picnic Aids Red Cross After Year’s Work

Red Cross War Fund Totals And Allocation Update
