Albert Kalat Jr aged 75 died last Saturday at 7 am after a lingering illness of dropsy and heart trouble. Born in Bohemia February 14 1845 he married Anna Oscar in 1870. Survived by widow son Albert and daughters Mary Ciedtky English Lake Albie Janda Chicago and Rosa Ludka North Judson. Funeral Tuesday at 10 from residence with Rev Collier. interment Highland Cemetery. Ethel Clark had surgery in Chicago for appendicitis and goitre.

Mincie Schultz a pioneer community woman died Wednesday March 3 at age 51 years 9 months 17 days born May 16 1888 in Skitz West Prussia Germany baptized and confirmed in Plato Germany married Fredrick Schultz in 1852 and had 11 children three of whom survive with husband Otto Fred and George Schultz she and husband came to Denham Indiana in 1878 later moving to near North Judson She was a member of North Judson Lutheran Church Funeral services were held Sunday with Rev Wm Heine interment in Denham cemetery Surviving relatives include husband three sons 19 grandchildren and five great grandchildren numerous relatives attended from out of town including Mr and Mrs Gust Dux Otto Dux Mrs Gust Schulke Wanatah Ind and others
