Wanatah man sentenced to two years in federal prison
Justice Henry Wolf of Wanatah LaPorte county received a two year federal sentence at Fort Leavenworth Kansas last Thursday after pleading guilty to two indictments and to most counts in a third. He faced charges of submitting false questionnaires and had earlier obtained first and second citizenship papers. Wolf will be imprisoned soon and officials hope the sentence curbs pro Germanism in Wanatah.
