Edwin M. Walden, a leading Southern architect based in Decatur, Ala, was found dead in his St Nicholas hotel room in New York. He attended a prize fight Wednesday night and reportedly suffered heart disease, dying without medical help. Robinson, hotel proprietor, telegraphed Walden's wife with notice of the sudden death.
