Whiskey Men Captured by Sheriff s Force
Saturday officers from the sheriff s office aided by Kay county deputies arrested T P Cornet and his two sons Thomas and Roger on the rental property three miles south of the Ford store. They were wanted in Kay county for stealing and the theft dated back several months, giving Ray county officers initial claim. At the scene 100 gallons of whiskey were found hidden in a small building used as a smoke house with a stove pipe protruding from the wall. A steel storage tank was found and the men were taken to Newkirk to answer car stealing charges, then to Noble to face whiskey making charges after county proceedings.

Tate Preliminary Held Wednesday In Bigamy Case
The preliminary hearing for EH W Tate charged with bigamy was held in county court. He allegedly married a second woman in Illinois while still married to his first wife, who left him. Tate fled to Kansas then was arrested in St Joseph Missouri and bound over to district court on 14500 bond, which he could not meet.

Forest Osborne breaks wrist skating at Oklahoma City
Forest Osborne fell on roller skates at an Oklahoma City rink and broke his right wrist in two places while attempting to catch himself. He was treated at a hospital and returned home on Sunday evening. The BRD Club entertained Miss Edith Knosp and Mrs. W Meagher at a Wednesday gathering with games and refreshments. When Ford Turns Over injuring Three Near Orlando
A high speed crash just north of Orlando left C. M. Jones and two others injured when the car rolled three times and landed in a ditch. The woman passenger was seriously hurt and taken to Orlando for care, unconscious with bleeding from the mouth and ears. Jones suffered a broken shoulder and severe bruising. the back seat passenger was badly bruised. Jones said he was racing to catch a southbound Santa Fe and the car swung on the turn, tipping over. The top and fenders were torn off and the steering gear bent.

Harley DeVilbiss Injured When Heel Caught in Motorcycle Spokes
Harley DeVilbiss, 16, rode with his uncle when his right foot slipped from the foot-rest. His heel wedged in the spokes, tearing the shoe and scraping the heel to the bone.
